Development environments

Use your favourite text editor, with the following settings:

• Use <SPACE> instead of <TAB> characters
• The default indents should be set to 4

Compilers and stuff...

Use whatever you have available for your platform, as we intend to support all host and target platforms.
If you do not have a compiler, try the GNU toolchains for native and cross compiling.
A good guide for creating cross-compilers with the GNU toolchains can be found via Dan Kegel's website.
